Toolfold Terms of Use
The terms for using Toolfold, the everyday tools app for Android: a personal licence, free use with ads, the optional one-time No Ads purchase through Google Play, and what its results can and can't be relied on for.
Acceptance
These terms cover Toolfold, the everyday tools app for Android of Ahmedonics Technologies (Private) Limited, in the version dated 7 November 2026. By installing or using Toolfold you agree to them and to the Google Play Terms of Service. The app is for people of 13 and over. The company terms of use cover this website, and the Toolfold privacy policy says what the app does with information.
Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Toolfold on devices you own or control. You may use what you make with it, such as PDFs, photos, videos and boards, for your own purposes, including your work.
Free use and ads
Toolfold is free to use. It shows an ad now and then on the way back to the home screen, never inside a tool. The ads come from Google AdMob.
No Ads
No Ads is an optional one-time purchase through Google Play: it removes the ads and changes nothing else, and every tool stays free either way. It is tied to the Google account that bought it and can be restored when the app is installed again with that account. Google Play processes the payment and decides refunds under its own policies; if a payment is refunded or reversed, No Ads ends.
Your data
What you keep in Toolfold stays on your phone, with no account and no copy on our side. Back it up to a file if you want to keep it: uninstalling the app or using Clear everything deletes it from the phone, and we cannot bring it back.
Results are a guide
Calculators, converters and measuring tools give their best answer, and it can be wrong: a phone's sensors are not calibrated instruments, and a sum is only as good as what was typed. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. Toolfold doesn't give medical, financial, legal or safety advice. Tools such as BMI, Daily calories and Blood sugar units are simple formulas and aren't medical advice.
SOS signal, Flashlight and Screen light make light and sound on your phone. They call nobody, so never rely on them in place of the emergency services. Fast flashing can cause seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy: take care around people.
Online tools
Tools marked with a globe use services run by others, named in the app and in the privacy policy, under their own terms. Their answers, such as exchange rates, weather and web pages, come from them, can be out of date or wrong, and may stop being available. A translation is a machine's, so check anything important with a person.
What you make and what you show
You are responsible for what you make, share or show with Toolfold, including its boards and banners and any files you edit: use only what you have the right to use, and follow the law where you are, including on recording people, scanning and signing documents.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app except as the law permits, and not to use its online tools to attack or overload any service or website, or to check systems you have no right to check.
Disclaimer
Toolfold is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law permits, Ahmedonics Technologies (Private) Limited is not liable for damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; using the app after a change means accepting the updated terms, and the date above changes with them. Questions: apps@ahmedonics.com.
