What "cloud software" means here
A cloud product is software we host and operate for you on a subscription: you sign up, use it in a browser, and we handle updates, backups and security. Each product has its own name and site, but all of them are engineered by Ahmedonics under the same rules as our client work: written requirements, automated tests, migrations for every schema change, and audit trails. Installable software and hardware are listed with the rest of our products.
Our commitments for hosted software
- Your data is yours: export in standard formats at any time.
- Security controls (authentication, permissions, encryption in transit, audit logs) are designed in, not added later.
- Documented backup and restore, tested rather than assumed.
- Changes are announced with release notes; nothing silently disappears.
