- Discovery — a short conversation and a written summary of the problem, users, constraints and what "done" means.
- Proposal — scope, approach, milestones and price in plain language. Fixed price where the scope is clear, time-based where it is being discovered.
- Build in reviewed increments — working software or hardware at each milestone, tested against the written requirements.
- Handover — source code, design files, documentation, deployment notes and training, plus the option of ongoing support.
What you receive
Everything needed to run and maintain the system without us: source code in a Git repository, schematics and mechanical files for hardware, a requirements list with test evidence, and deployment or manufacturing documentation. Engineering decisions are recorded so future changes start from context, not guesswork.
