PrintSurvey Terms of Use

Acceptance

These terms cover PrintSurvey, the site survey app for Android of Ahmedonics Technologies (Private) Limited, in the version dated 4 November 2026. By installing or using PrintSurvey you agree to them and to the Google Play Terms of Service. If you use the app for a business, you agree to them for that business. The company terms of use cover this website, and the PrintSurvey privacy policy says what the app does with information.

Licence

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use PrintSurvey on devices you own or control, for your own work or your business's.

Your Ahmedonics account

The app works without an account. If you create an Ahmedonics account, give a real email address you can receive mail at, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at apps@ahmedonics.com if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete it at any time in the app or on the web; it is deleted for good after 30 days, with the businesses you own and their surveys and photos.

Businesses and teams

Surveys kept in your account belong to a business. The person who creates the business is its owner, and the owner decides who joins: people join with a code the owner shares, and the owner can remove them. Everyone in a business can see and change its surveys, so invite only people you trust with your clients' details. The owner is responsible for the business's members and for what the business keeps.

Your surveys and your clients

The surveys, photos, client details, rate cards and templates you make stay yours. You allow us to store, copy and send them only to provide the app to you and your team: saving them to the cloud, putting them on your other phones and on your team's. You are responsible for having the right to photograph the sites you survey and to keep your clients' names and contact details, and for using those details lawfully.

Measurements, reports and quotations

PrintSurvey records the sizes you enter, and marks the ones estimated from a photo or given by the client so they are not mistaken for measured ones. Check every size before you print, cut or install anything, and check every quotation before you send it. The reports and quotations are yours: you are responsible for what they say to your clients.

Pro

PrintSurvey Pro is a one-time purchase through Google Play that adds features described in the app. It is tied to the Google account that bought it and can be restored on another phone signed in to that account. Google Play processes the payment and decides refunds under its own policies.

PrintSurvey Cloud

PrintSurvey Cloud is a subscription for a business, monthly or yearly, bought through Google Play by the business's owner. It keeps the business's surveys and photos in the cloud as you work, with 5 GB of storage, puts them on every phone of the business, and gives everyone in it what Pro gives while the subscription is active; team members do not pay. The price is the one Google Play shows before you subscribe.

The subscription renews by itself at the end of each month or year until you cancel it in Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it. When we offer new subscribers a free trial, the app and Google Play say how long it lasts before you start it; when it ends, Google Play starts the paid subscription at the plan's price unless you cancelled it before then. Google Play processes the payments and decides refunds under its own policies.

If the subscription ends, the surveys on your phones stay as they are, and what the business keeps in the cloud can still be opened and deleted, but new changes are no longer saved to the cloud until it subscribes again.

The service

Surveys, photos and reports are made on the phone and work with no internet connection. Saving to the cloud and sharing with a team need a connection and our servers; we work to keep them available but cannot promise they will never be interrupted. Keep a backup of anything you cannot afford to lose: the app saves one to a folder you choose.

Acceptable use

Do not use PrintSurvey to store or share anything unlawful or anything that infringes someone else's rights, do not try to reach other businesses' surveys or to overload or disrupt our servers, and do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app except as the law permits. We may suspend an account that does these things.

Disclaimer

PrintSurvey is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law permits, Ahmedonics Technologies (Private) Limited is not liable for losses arising from the use of the app, including from wrong measurements, prices or reports. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated; using the app after a change means accepting the updated terms, and the date above changes with them. Questions: apps@ahmedonics.com.
