Acceptance

These terms cover Picky Pals, the thinking game for Android of Ahmedonics Technologies (Private) Limited, in the version dated 4 November 2026. By installing or playing Picky Pals you agree to them and to the Google Play Terms of Service. When a child plays, the parent or guardian who set up the phone agrees to them for the child and decides about purchases. The company terms of use cover this website, and the Picky Pals privacy policy says what the game does with information.

Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Picky Pals on devices you own or control, for you and your family, not for commercial use.

Free play and ads

Picky Pals is free to play. Players under 13 never see ads. Players 13 and over see a short ad now and then between challenges, and may choose to watch a video for more hints; the Family pack removes these ads. The ads come from Google AdMob.

The Family pack

The Family pack is an optional one-time purchase through Google Play for everyone on the phone: it opens more of the game for players under 13, removes the ads for players 13 and over, and adds hints, as the game describes before you buy. It is offered only behind a grown-up check. It is tied to the Google account that bought it and can be restored when the game is installed again with that account. Google Play processes the payment and decides refunds under its own policies.

Progress

Players and their progress are kept on the phone only, with no account and no copy on our side. Uninstalling the game or resetting a player deletes them, and we cannot bring them back.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the game except as the law permits.

Disclaimer

Picky Pals is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law permits, Ahmedonics Technologies (Private) Limited is not liable for damages arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated; playing after a change means accepting the updated terms, and the date above changes with them. Questions from parents and players: apps@ahmedonics.com.
