Delete your data

How to delete your data from any Ahmedonics app or game, what we hold, and how to ask us. Most of our apps and games keep everything on your phone and we hold nothing; apps with an Ahmedonics account let you delete it in the app, and anyone can write to us.

Ask us

Write to apps@ahmedonics.com from any email address, name the app or game, and say what you want deleted. For an app with an Ahmedonics account, write from the email address of that account, or tell us which one it is, so that we delete the right account. We answer within 30 days and tell you what we deleted, or that we hold nothing about you. This works for every app and game below and for any we add later.

Apps and games without an account

Picky Pals, Numink and our other games and apps that have no sign-in keep your data on your phone only. Ahmedonics has no copy on its servers, so there is nothing on our side to delete.

  • To delete it from your phone, uninstall the app, or use the app's own reset where it has one (in Picky Pals: Settings > For grown-ups > Reset, for one player).
  • Android backup. Some apps (Numink) let Android back up their data to your Google account if backup is on. You manage or delete that backup in your phone's settings or your Google account. Picky Pals does not use Android backup.

Apps with an Ahmedonics account

In PrintSurvey, and any app that offers an Ahmedonics account later, you can delete the account inside the app: Account > Delete account, confirmed with your password. You are signed out everywhere at once. After 30 days the account, its sign-ins and every business only you own, with their documents and photos, are deleted for good; signing in again within those 30 days cancels the deletion. If you can no longer use the app, write to us as above and we delete the account for you on the same terms.

Data that Google handles

Some of our apps show ads from Google AdMob or sell items through Google Play Billing. Those Google services handle some information themselves, as each app's own privacy policy explains; it goes to Google, not to us, so we cannot delete it. You can control it directly:

  • Reset or delete your phone's advertising ID in your phone's settings (on most phones: Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads).
  • Review and delete data in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com; Google Play purchase records are kept with your Google Play account.

Picky Pals asks Google to treat every player as a child, so its ads are never personalised and Google does not receive the advertising ID from it.

Each app's privacy policy

What each app collects, if anything, is in its own policy: Picky Pals, Numink. The company privacy policy covers this website and everything else.
